Business Travellers

The Business Travellers Programme is designed to meet the needs of managers and team members within the same organisation. The framework encourages an improved working environment through an understanding of natural gifts and individual talents, personality profiles, and how to deal with challenges and opportunities.

The programme will explore:

• How to identify the value brought to an employer, as an individual and within a team
• How to communicate effectively with fellow team members and superiors in the workplace
• The concepts of Fuel, Flow and Travellers

• Leadership and goal planning

The programme can be adapted in terms of timeframe and goal setting with a mix of individual and group sessions.
