An Ignition! Worry Box is a place where you can write down events or thoughts that are worrying you as a way to get them out of your head so that you don’t dwell on them for too long. The worries will not go away and will need to be dealt with at some point, but this act alone is a powerful technique to help you deal with them in a controlled and easier way.

How to use the Ignition! Worry Box

The difference between a clear memory jar and a worry box is that you can see into the jar of positive memories, whereas the worry box stores the stuff away that you don’t want to visit. Creating the two in the same setting will allow you to get the negative stuff out of your head and into the box. After you have worked through the worry and dealt with it by managing your emotions you will be in control and can reward yourself by reminiscing from your memory jar.
