This Maori proverb says it all.  Nikki is passionate about people.  She loves to help them discover and unleash their full potential.  She loves learning, staying abreast of all things leadership, neuro-science, change, personal & organisational development and youth.   Nikki is a highly experienced facilitator & trainer.  She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree, specialising in Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified Life, Executive, Workplace & MBIT coach.  In addition to being an NLP Practioner, she is a Master TetraMap facilitator, Talent Dynamic Flow Consultant & Ignition! Youth Coach.

Nikki’s unending passion and a large focus presently is young people, youth, young adults, families and education.  To this she is focusing on sharing latest best practice in this space, coaching and mentoring young people and their families.  All this with a view to developing and enabling others to become youth coaches and in so doing reach more young people and their families.
